The Seneca City Council will have a Work Session on Tuesday,
January 29, 2019, in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:00 pm.
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

Welcome, Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance

* Annexation of property at 515 and 517 Old Salem Road
* Zoning of property at 515 and 517 Old Salem Road to PD-U
* Rezoning of property at 540 Pruitt Road from GC to R-20
* Ordinance 2019-1, an ordinance to rezone property on South Cove Road from PDU to PDR
* Pre-Budget Financial Workshop

Immediately following the Work Session will be a Special Called Council Meeting.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Mayor Alexander and Council – Questions/Comments from Press and Public

2. Executive Session – Legal matter concerning Chace Lawsuit
Upon Return, action may be taken on items discussed in executive session.
