Work Session Agenda

The Seneca City Council will have a Work Session on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
* Welcome, Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance
* Golden Corner Food Pantry Donation
* SCDOT Contract 2016/2017
* Construction Board of Adjustment board members
* Seneca Fest
* Adjournment
Immediately following the Work Session will be a Special Called Council Meeting. The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
1. Mayor Alexander and Council- Questions/Comments from Press and Public
2. Approval to donate $1,000 to the Golden Corner Food Pantry, funds to come from SLWP Donations & Grant funds
3. Approval of SCDOT Contract 2016/2017, and allow Mayor or City Administrator to sign
4. 2nd Reading Ordinance 2016-16, an ordinance approving the execution and delivery of an agreement between the City of Seneca and Seneca River Baptist Sunday School B.T.U. and Educational Convention of the Seneca River Baptist Missionary Association for the Preservation of the Faith Log Cabin - Exhibit A
5. Approval to go into an Executive Session to discuss a Personnel matter to appoint new board members to the Construction Maintenance & Aesthetics Board of Adjustment
6. Approval to appoint new board members to the Construction Maintenance & Aesthetics Board of Adjustment
7. Adjournment
