The Seneca City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at
6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The agenda will be as follows:

• Ordinance 2020-23, an ordinance to close and abandon unimproved Right-of-Way
between S Townville St and S Fairplay St (south of 7th St) and to transfer real
property to the City of Seneca.

Immediately following the Public Hearing will be the regularly scheduled monthly council
