The Seneca City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the Municipal Budget for the 2020/2021 fiscal year on Monday, June 29, 2020, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

Immediately following the Public Hearing will be a Special Called Council Meeting. The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Welcome, Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance

2. Mayor Alexander and Council – Questions/Comments from Press and Public

3. Closing of the Community Development Fund – 33 Fund and the bank account associated with this Fund

4. Renewal of the mutual aid agreement and contract for law enforcement services with the Clemson University Police Department

5. 2nd Reading Ordinance 2020-08, an ordinance to approve the 2021 City Budget – exhibit A

6. 2nd Reading Ordinance 2020-09, an ordinance to approve the 2021 Seneca Light & Water Budget – exhibit B

7. Seneca Light & Water Transfer to the General Fund Resolution – exhibit C

8. 2nd Reading Ordinance 2020-10, an ordinance to approve the 2021 Hospitality & Accommodations Tax Budget – exhibit D

9. 2021 Accommodations Tax Budget

10. 2nd Reading Ordinance 2020-12, an ordinance to approve the 2021 CAT/Transit Budget - exhibit E

11. 2021 Seneca Facilities Corp Budget

12. 2021 Seneca Improvements Corp Budget
